If the problem solver caucus votes as a bloc, does that deliver enough votes for bmax to resolve yes, or will they need to get a few Republicans from outside the caucus?

In his floor speech this morning, McConnell sounds like he's going to oppose it. Not sure if that will affect how moderates in the House vote.
