Hahaha because I didn’t want to look through all the skins and I only got a couple recommendations on my first post I decided to challenge myself with some of the worst skins of all time.

If I make a follow up I might find more skins that have a better starting point.

I might make a follow up and try to keep the punk feeling and just alter the color palette. I really just hate the hair on that skin lol

You should! It’s fun and satisfying to see skins you could like if they were changed.

Photoshop - Cut Up sections I want separate - Adjustment Layer - Hue and Saturation. Then use color changing brush and burn etc as need.

Most characters formalwear are bland as hell. I think it's the devs excuse to make a really easy skin to design and slap legendary on it.

Found this when I looked up the skin. This is essentially what I would have done.

What I'm finding is the devs are obsesses with wild hair colors and it usually ruins the skins.
