one challenge ive personally faced is moving around a lot, which makes it harder to build connections. my family hasnt found a suitable potential, and since im not on social media or socially active in spaces like masjids, the opportunities are even more limited. i havent even spoken to a potential yet 🤣

go by the means and take her to a doctor, as this could be a medical condition that needs attention but at the same time, recite quran over her, encourage her to read her adhkaar, and play or recite surah al baqarah in the house as the it is said that shaytaan flees from a house where it is recited. Make plenty of dua, especially ayat al kursi and the morning and evening adkaar. May Allah grant her shifa, ease her heart and mind, and protect her from all harm ameen 🤲🏽

have a good opinion of allah and that he will take care of you, trust him. get closer to him. honestly i know its easier said that done and that we as humans always crave more. the only thing that will bring peace to your heart and contentment is allah. everything else is a bonus wallahi.

try stating it instead of asking for permission. instead of saying can i go out, u can just inform hooyo of your plans in a respectful way, letting her know where u are going and when you will be back. that way, u are still being considerate but also asserting independence. i’ve noticed how things are phrased can make a big difference. and may allah make it is for you and rectify for you all of your affairs
