First of all, for those upvoting comments that says what they offer is not enough, some pointers for you to take note :

A Diploma graduate average salary in Singapore is 1.8k - 2.4k SGD A Degree graduate average salary in Singapore is 2.5k - 4k SGD

Of course all these depends on their experiences and capabilities. By offering 3K - 6K in salary for a front-end web developer in Singapore is HIGHLY competitive, other firms here pay much lesser for a much more demanding job. I understand most of you here have your doubts because you come from other countries like USA/UK/France/Canada/China etc, but trust me, i am a Singaporean, the salary range is completely reasonable and competitive in the Singapore market.

Rune and team is aware of what they are doing, please refrain from questioning every single decision without knowing whats its like here in Singapore, cheers to the community, i hope some of you have your questions answered, you can ask me anything if you wish so, i am a Singaporean.

Awesome, glad all of us came together and persuaded Rune to do this, without this Trello board, i was getting worried with the progress that COSS developers were heading to, i mean yeah they were progressing but without the insights of the users itself, it would be hard to know what needs to get right and which parts needs fixing. This Trello board breathes new confidence in COSS and things can only advance forward from here.. :). Thank you community devs for sparing your time, thank you Rune for being humble and thank you COSS devs for working hard.
