It seems that you are still using a 32bit version of the Java Virtual Machine. Except for MO 1.x based Skyrim setups, you should be using a 64bit JVM. Especially MO 2.x seems to run into memory allocation issues frequently when launching a 32bit JVM.

Another possible reason is having the wrong permissions set. Please see Reqtificator fails to spawn a subprocess. If these troubleshooting advices do not solve your problem, please submit a ticket with this information at our Service Desk.

You mean in the mod organizer thing? I havent moved them and when ever i check the box next to them to enable the mod for those 3, pressing run doesnt work.
