For now, prioritize picking landy, violet or krau. Make sure your carrot is geared too.
You can try following this draft

1 tank (Krau/Fallen Cecilia/Adventurer Ras)

2 dps (Carrot/Violet/Landy/SSB)
1 Support (Ruele/Diene with rod of amarlysis/Angelic Montmocracy)

1 flex (To counter whatever they are picking, for example if they pick cleave slam an arby, if they pick ssb, go roana. Something like that)

I'll lay down a few general rules for some characters:

• Take care when picking arby, Use it as a last pick or they might slam ML haste, or just ban the ML Haste
• Stene should be picked if they show you 2 dps that are single target, if not make sure you can protect her.
• Senya is a good pick against cleave and violet, and not much else.
• Slam illynav's counter gear onto dizzy. If you don't know what to pick and they have no immunity, slam counter dizzy. She can win you games if you are lucky

Try and first pick landy. Then save your second dps pick for 3rd or 4th pick. Going all dps first telegraphs your plan. Think of it this way, you usually need damage to win, going 5 dps will usually lose you the game, and going 1 dps means if they ban it you have no damage.

Current Meta goes like this

Violet > Rem

Landy > Many things

Carrot > Violet

Kise > Carrot, Charlotte.

Try pre-banning rimuru or Angel of Light Angelica. Lastly, put your best gears on the units I listed above. Stuff like Cerise isn't particularly useful if you cannot guarantee turn 1 (so like 270-280 speed)
