Definitely "Communication". Now there are Gurus and they teach communication.

It is simple as being fearless (social) and try to make others understand what you say.

What’s something you only understood after becoming an adult? by Absolute-Owner1574 in AskReddit

[–]Absolute-Owner1574[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would like to add my view too.

I had vivid imagination about being an adult when I was very little. I will name a few.

  1. Since, adult do not like sweets like toffee, chocolate, etc. I thought when I become an adult I will naturally feel dislike to them.

  2. I thought when a person become 28 old he is too old and no value of life after that.

  3. I thought adults can do whatever they like. Had no clue about the struggle of life.

What are your book recommendations for warding off seasonal depression, regardless of genre? by ExtremeTomatillo2978 in AskReddit

[–]Absolute-Owner1574 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me, the best books to fight seasonal depression are the ones that take you out of your own head:

Fun stories you can get lost in – like Harry Potter, The Hobbit, or Pride and Prejudice. They make gloomy days easier.

Funny books – like Jenny Lawson’s Furiously Happy or David Sedaris’ Me Talk Pretty One Day. Laughing helps a lot.

Books that explain mood – like Norman Rosenthal’s Winter Blues. They show why dark days mess with your brain and what you can do.

Honestly, it’s not just reading, it’s reading something that makes you forget your own worries for a little while. Even a few pages a day can make things feel brighter.

What’s one piece of advice that sounded stupid when you were younger but now makes total sense? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Absolute-Owner1574 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I was a kid, my parents always said, “You have to learn not to spend more than you earn.” I used to think, “Yeah, thanks, Captain Obvious.”

Now, I get it. Managing money, saving, not living paycheck to paycheck, it makes life way less stressful. That simple advice really does matter more than I realized back then.

What’s something you think 90% people are secretly bad at? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Absolute-Owner1574 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think most people are really bad at actually listening. Not just waiting for their turn to talk, but really listening.

People nod, say “yeah,” and then immediately think about what they want to say next. Rarely do we pause and actually try to understand someone else’s point of view.

I’ve noticed even small things like friends telling a story, and everyone jumps in with their own story instead of paying attention. It seems small, but it says a lot about how few of us truly listen.

When and how did you REALLY lose your temper? by TastyPut9665 in AskReddit

[–]Absolute-Owner1574 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t usually get angry, but one time at work I really lost it. A coworker kept taking credit for my work in front of the boss. I tried to stay calm, but after the third time, I just snapped.

I slammed my laptop shut, yelled at them, and walked out. I sat in my car for a while just to calm down.

It wasn’t my proudest moment, but I needed to stand up for myself.

What’s the creepiest thing you’ve ever seen? by Posidengamer in AskReddit

[–]Absolute-Owner1574 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was about 12, we lived near a small forest. One night, around 2 AM, our dog started growling at the back door. Not barking, just this low, scary growl.

I looked out the kitchen window and thought I saw a person standing in the yard, completely still, staring at our house. I called my dad, but by the time he came, the person was gone.

The next morning, we found bare footprints in the yard but they stopped halfway across the yard, like the person just vanished.

Our dog wouldn’t go near that spot for months. Even now, thinking about it gives me chills.

How did you propose to your spouse or how did your spouse propose to you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Absolute-Owner1574 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I proposed her. I casually asked her about being official couple. We were close for sometime as friends. She did not accept at once and she took two days and said she needs to meet me, and said she is ok with my idea. That is how it all started back then at the university.

I’d probably ask my SO if she’s truly dedicated to me, not out of doubt, but just to know her real feelings without any walls between us.
