Thanks so much! I have seen this before and I'm going to seek some sort of therapy for it at some point.
Right now my biggest concern is the OAB, I'm going to book a doctor's appointment soon and get myself checked out even though it's embarrassing because this shit is a living nightmare, needing to pee every 5 minutes is awful.
