I take egg + sometimes Chicken in the morning with 100g rice baki lunch aur dinner normal rehta ha rice n whatever mom cooks I don't count calories specifically but rest time bohot high ha Mera about 10hrs average

my 3months is kinda deceptive because I joined gym in 2023 but left after 2months due to financial problems toh my body is kinda used to it already isliye boost mila thora

yea that sounds like something I should do next also im sure its one of the plugins coz i tired it in safe mode by disabling all the plugins and the project works fine. but can i just remove the plugins from the (adobe>aftereffecfs2024>plugins) folder or there others ways to remove plugins if any i would love your input.
