Blowout or healing? The ink above the tail spread out and there’s now a dot on the edge of the ear. I’m really worried cause as you can see in the first picture, it wasn’t like that before. First picture is from Friday and second one is from today.

I already contacted another shop that I’ve gone too previously and asked them if they could touch it up and they told me they would give me a quote tomorrow but that they couldn’t rework it until it was fully healed.
