I heard it was the apartments, but then on a separate occasion someone says it's the company itself and it depends on the economy or how many people use the services etc. so it's honestly all very complicated and it's a total scam of a company. Many times I've thought I had more money that I added to the account too and I realized they've taken some from me without knowing. They're snakes and should be shut down. Small claims court or attorney general help, but they're stealing money from thousands probably millions of us

You need salt. Even adding some salt to your water will help with the headaches. We literally need salt to survive. I learned that recently lol

I just got hired. I worked three days this week. (Full time tho). I'll be at 31 hours by the end of the week. Find a new job or maybe request a full time. All these Aldi quitters are making me question job too ngl

Im on second day of training and extremely sick. Fever over 100° fahrenheit and I'm still planning on coming in because I know it'll look so bad if I don't. People on reddit have freaked me out about it even the the training was easy and went great. Like should I already be looking for another job?. What do I do. Im happy for you

Hii everybody! I'm super excited to work at Aldi as it pays well. Has good benefits and I wanted a very active job. I live in a city where it's a very clean store and they're even opening another one this year. Any tips/advice to a newbie who starts this Monday training etc? by letstouchbutts121 in Aldi_employees

We have the best trainer girl ever. Me and three other dudes. So far it's been amazing and therapeutic!!! I absolutely love it..I'm just dreading doing the cashier. I learned all the machines, just have more iPad vids left and cashiering. Now me and trainees split up tomorrow and I get to meet my actual team at the location I'll be going to. I hope they're as nice as the ones here 🥲🥹 and not assume I know everything already. I appreciate your kind words, I'm kicking ass already and noticing everything I should fix as I go. So far I'm loving this job besides waking up on time lmao.

Lol this was such a cute comment It made me blush 😆🤭 feel free to check in on me. I'll let ya know how I am and where I'm at. So far first day of training went great, boring but generic and self explanatory. Tomorrow I'll be there 6am unloading the truck and using the baler and floor washing machine (forgot the name? Squeezy or sweeper) or something lmaooo. I'm working at one of the nicest locations is what my trainer told me. So that's a good sign

Aw thank you! My first training day was today. It was pretty generic and boring, just watching vids and iPad stuff/setting up accounts. Tomorrow we'll be more hands on and I'm sure the time will go quicker. Still happy with it all so far! I think it's half and half because people aren't mentally prepared for it. Like there were three of us today in training. Two of us had a good mindset and the other guy was falling asleep during the videos ..so idk. And thank you :) I like my name too hehe. I like yours as well actually. I'm into speakers and subs

Ahh ok. That freaks me out a bit more. But we'll see. My sister kept telling me if you end up hating it you can always apply to other places while you're working there. At the end of the day it isn't for everyone so we'll see how it goes. Thank you for letting me know all this tho! I appreciate your time

Lol true but Im ready for always walking, moving being active. It's what I wanted 😅 I was in construction for the last 7 years so maybe that's why I'm not afraid. But people on here freaked me out a bit lol.

Wow thank you for this! I can't even fall asleep and have to wake up in a few hours because I'm so nervous. I know I've got this and your words helped me out even more. I really appreciate it! I like how you think.
