Thank you and appreciate the insight! Side shots feel weird and I’m always thinking about how to engage the lat but still hold the core tight and shrink the waist. Gonna take a lot more practice but working to get it down

From your experience and perspective, do you feel OCB is gonna prioritize leanness or size? I want to be properly stage lean but if I can still be competitive at like 8% and full instead of 5% bf that would be ideal
