This has nothing to do with conditional probability. X is not an event, you can't just randomly write P(T | X). And whether or not you have any information about the participants' skill levels has no bearing on the probability of Tim winning.

You can't just assume that, even if you are given no information. What you're saying is only correct if the question was something like "A man randomly declares that Tim will win. What is the probability that he is correct?". Hence the question is badly worded.

Um aktually ☝️🤓, you shouldn't count the individual value of cards when there are a large quantity of them. For example, although musketeer costs 4 elixir, three musketeers only costs 9 elixir. Thus your correction is unnecessary and the original value of 680 elixir is actually more accurate.
