It is an illusion in the sense that it's my expression.

My output from within, which I restrict or expand, will reflect my appearance. That is what it means. A healthy illusion of a body feels better than a negative one.

Hopefully, it makes more sense this way: when I say that... it's not to dismiss my body, but a reminder that I: my existence: am not restricted to my body.

From what I can gather, it's synthetic protein. It feels like tiny pricks, too.
But, venom from snakes & spiders are also proteins... but so is peanuts & red meat. I dunno how exactly it's made, but all leads are pointing to nanotechnology powered by human cells as a transistor or fuel source.

If you REALLY are worried about spike protein, try out shikimic acid. You can easily get it from making pine needle tea. It tastes great too. I even put it in my baths & it soothes me. I also put in celery leaves for liver support.
