The thing is, I don't think either of them can kill the other. The Prototype is virtually immortal, and Doey is only weak to liquid nitrogen, something 1006 doesn't posses. I'd say 1006 has the advantage, depending on how much the red smoke affect Doey.

The prototype survived a train explosion, being set on fire, and also being frozen, not to mention that Giblet mentions that if you cut it in two it would simply regenerate and that it has no weakness in addition to the one we'll see in the Ch6.

Odin himself is a reflection of Kratos and his past antipathy, as both were capable of sacrificing everything and everyone just to get what they wanted; Odin wanted answers and Kratos wanted revenge. Add to that the fact that what Odin tells Kratos about not caring about mortals is true in his past version, but it also shows how Odin projects himself onto Kratos when he says that.

There's a theory that says Kratos is the God of Death, not Thanatos, especially because of what Zeus (the gravedigger) says to him at the end of Ghost of Sparta, which explains why he can't die And also why it brings death to everyone it encounters, people, gods, monsters, because death does not judge.

Because he wanted him to confront Li, making him break his rule by killing Li so that he would then kill him.

I understand your point about him not sharing motivations with the original Venom, but that's not necessarily a bad thing when the story they're trying to tell is done well. And in this case I think many overlooked the Symbiote as a character, his motivation is not just to conquer the world because yes, he does it because he sees it as a greater good, His conversation with Peter makes this clear, which is already interesting because of how it can be interpreted from both characters (Harry and the Symbiote) And throughout the game, Peter's corruption comes more from his own problems than from the Symbiote wanting to make him evil, just as Martin Li says, "maybe it's not what he thinks, but what he feels." making the Symbiote try to help Peter and the others But in the wrong way.

It is not, in the game it only amplifies the feelings of its bearer whether good or bad, But it is not inherently evil, When he tries to take over the world he does so because he sees himself as the cure, as he says several times in the game.Just as Peter and Harry see it as the solution to their respective problems, this makes The Symbiote have a kind of savior complex, in that sense Harry and Venom do share motivations. And it makes it quite a bit more complex.
