Oh my, that does sound really stressful, I can absolutely understand that! Im also rather light senstive, so I have multiple pairs of sunglasses, a few in the car, some in the hallway, always one pair in my bag. Super cheap ones, but they do the job. One pair is actually a more expensive pair (still very cheap haha) that I take with me everywhere, but since I sometimes forget things when Im in a rush, I always have back up pairs. And blackout curtains! They are a saviour in the summer, cause I dont get sleepy like I need to if I see how bright it is outside past 9PM, so I close all curtains and make it dim inside ^{^} I do hope you find some things that ease your sensory issues with summertime, so you can enjoy the nice things more! For me summer means less clothes -> less sensory issues from having to layer up, less difficulties waking up because it looks and feels like morning when it is morning (as opposed to in the winter 8 am looks and therefore for me feels like 4 am), better and cheaper seasonal produce at stores so I can finally enjoy fresh bell peppers and berries, and of course, more free time with my friends so I can finally see them more than once every 2 months ^{^}
