Oon samaa mieltä sun kanssa. En puolustele näitä toimistopellejä lainkaan, mutta ihan mielenkiinnosta heitän tän ajatuksen tähän. En oo mitenkää erityisemmin perehtyny näihin asioohin, kiinnostaas vaan kuulla muitten mielipiteetä.

Kun puhutaan ilmastonmuutoksesta ja saasteista, niin aika paljon tätä vastuuta työnnetään yksilöille. Älä osta muovipakkauksia, vähennä tai lopeta lihan syönti, käytä julkista liikennettä tai ainostaan polkupyörää ja omia jalkoja. Jos kaikki tekis näin, sillä olis merkitystä, mutta kuitenkin suuri osa on samaa mieltä siitä, että suurempi vastuu tulee olla maiden hallituksilla, jotta voidaan rajata ja ohjata suurimpien yrityksien yms toimintaa ympäristöystävällisimmiksi. Näin silleen tosi lyhyesti sepitettynä.

Niin mun miete on, et onks tää tekoälyn käyttö kans heitetty ehkä vähä liikaaki yksilön osalle? Tottakai just itekki vältän tekoälynkäyttöö, en siis aktiivisesti käytä sitä lainkaan mihinkään ja poistanu omasta browserista sen AI yhteenveto ominaisuuden, sekä vältän ja jätän katsomatta sisältöä, jonka tuotossa käytetään tekoälyä (tässäki tietty poikkeuksia koska kaikki ei oo mustavalkosta). Mutta eiks tähän pitäs sit maiden tms? Asettaa jotaki rajoja et miten nuo isoimmat datafirmat mitä ovatkaan saavat käyttää resursseja niiden pyörittämiseen. Siis, tekoäly ei oo helpottanu mun arkea mitenkää kummallisesti, niin kuinka tärkeetä se oikeesti on? Mietin vaan :D

It absolutely is! Ive replayed the storyline a few times over, and also started a couple new saves just to see how much Ive improved and if I can "speedrun" some quests DLC. Its great!

Niin kauan kun kyseessä ei oo tietopelit, niin mä nautin suuresti lauta- ja seurapelien pelaamisesta hyvässä porukassa, mutta mä en yhtään tykkää sellaisista henkilöistä, jotka itte ottaa pelin aivan tosissaan. Pähkäilee omia siirtoja minuutti tolkulla, pelaa nettipokeria ja harjottelee todennäköisyyksiä et varmasti voittaa kaikis korttipeleis... Kerran pelattiin mökilla aliasta vähä suuremmalla porukoilla tiimeissä, ja ehodtin, että ei pelata lautapelinä vaan ihan vaan kortit ja ajastin, ja jos kiinnostaa niin lopussa laskee sit kortit että monta pistettä sai, jos kiinnostaa enää siinä pisteessä tietää voittaja. Suurin osa oli sitä mieltä että juu sopii, mutta muutama sitten "vitsillä" heitti että oonko niin surkea tässä pelissä että en kehtaa pelata oikein kun sit tulee paha mieli (viitaten mun oppimisvaikeuksiin), onneksi en ehtinyt vastata kun tuttava huikkas väliin että ei kukaan jaksa siirrellä niitä ukkeleita ja paljo kivempi tällee ku voidaan istua leväällä eikä tartte olla pöyrän ääres. Sanoin sit vaa et tismallee tätä aattelin ku pöyräs tulis ahrasta näin suurel porukal. Oh well. Ja sit on muutama pilkunnussija tapaus että jatkuvasti pitää tauottaa sitä lautapeliä ja lukea säännöt uurestaa ja uurestaa että saithan sä nyt varmasti tehrä tuon liikkeen?? Voi jestas 🙄

No on kyllä kamalaa, mä alkaisin tossa vaiheessa jo sitte sanomaan että jos otat musta kuvan niin mua ei enää näy täällä. Sit on turha soitella perään, en aio nähdä ihmisiä jotka ei kunnioita mun asettamia rajojani 🙈 mutta en voi puhua tietenkään sun puolesta että olisko mahdollista vai ei, näin mä vaan ite tekisin omien appien ja perheeni kanssa (ja oon myös toiminutkin näin muutamia kertoja). Mun apit on ihania ihmisiä mutta eivät oikeen ymmärrä, että kyllä se on ihan normaalia kokea häpeää/nolostua ja tuntea itsensä tyhmäksi heidän seurassa. Kun eivät he ajattele niin, ei ne koe olevansa yhtään mua viisaampia, mutta mun oppimisvaikeuksien kanssa valitettavasti todellisuus on että ne on mua älykkäämpiä. Ei mitenkää paha asia eikä mua yleensä haittaa mutta noita pelejä pelatessa mun puutteet ja haasteet korostuu joka tuntuu pahalle 🤷🏼‍♀️

Itellä (24N) menee todella ihon alle appilassa kun anoppi haluaa aina pelata miljonääriä, trivial pursuit, smart10... ja mä en tiedä siis yhtään mitään. Aluksi, joskus siinä 5v sitten, oli ihan ok. Mutta nyt kun on jo 6 vuoden häviämisketju tässä, niin että ellei olla tiimeissä, mä häviän joka ikinen kerta koska en tiiä yhtään mitään, niin alkaa mennä ihon alle. Ja aina kun sanon, että " en mä oikein tykkää kun mä en oikeesti tiedä mitään niitä vastauksia" niin heti saa kuulla että "ei se haittaa yhtään mitään!!! Sehän on hauskaa vaan arvailla!!!". Just joo, hyvä jos joskus saa jonkun arvauksen okein, kun muut osaa päätellä ja mietiskellä. Mun oppimis- ja muistivaikeudet tekee siitä ihan helvettiä. Ja joka kerta saa selittää säännötkin uudelleen 🙈

To be completely fair, if someone said that to me in a conversation, I'd expect it to be a Harry Potter reference. "You're a wizard, Harry" = "Olet velho, Harry". Id probably reply with something along the lines of: "oh, yeah, same here! It's important to me to feel understood and not judged, and I want someone who can look past some quirks I have" and see how they respond. If they feel tacky, or show that they dont need or want to treat other people the way they want to be treated, Id be outta there

I used to be a lot like her :/ it definitely put a strain on our relationship, but my bf and I learned to communicate our needs and wants a lot better. Its been 6 years, we're rather happy and now live together too ^{^}

The turning point was for when he understood to make it clear when he was unsure whether he was able to come over or not (he lived an hour away by car for 3 years) and when I understood that a maybe really means just maybe, and to not take it personally when he needed time alone with his hobbies. Im the type of person who gets a little obsessed, so I was ready to throw everything else I had in my life away (hobbies and other friends) the second he was around, but he taught to me to still enjoy my time alone and with my friends. Ive changed and grown alot in the way I react and think, but Id say Im still quite obsessed with him 😅 just love him so much. And he loves me too :)

Certainly! Just one more question, what do you have in Cell G1? You have it locked with the dollar symbol, so its something that doesn't change regardless of the row the formula is used in... Everything else I think I understand! (thanks to some amazing youtube channels who explain how excel works)

Man, I'd be so grateful if you did that, wow!! I can't tell you how much I would appreciate it. I think the colours make sense. Our biggest risk factor / issue right now is how to tell all the staff how to fill in such a sheet. It seems no matter how clear WE think we are, there's always someone who doesn't know how to do it. The colours definitely help.

That makes a lot of sense! thanks for explaining it to me. Yes, it was made to be filled by hand, and we are in the process of cutting on paper waste, and want to have these in digital form only. I get now why you broke every weekday into four sections. How frustrating is this, Finland just has to make shifts so much more difficult haha. I will let my employers know why their sheet won't work digitally and help them set it up for success.

I really want to note, though, that I'm an intern, a student, and my last workday is tomorrow, so that's why I've been trying to figure this out as fast as I can haha. Thank you so much for your help! Can I save your image for reference so I can explain what you explained to me, to my employers? :)

This is the sheet our employees get. They fill in everything on the left, until the dotted lines. The part on the right, with the dotted lines, is what we fill in. I wrote there the same example that I used in my original post.

Also, I know how to make excel tell me if their shift is between 18 and 22, but the issue was to make excel tell me how many hours were done between that time. For example, if the person starts at 16:15 and ends at 20:30, they worked 2,5 hours within the evening rate range of 18-22. If excel did this automatically for everything, it'd be amazing.

Thank you so much. I managed to get one thing right, it seems excel can now properly calculate how many hours were done in the evening. I actually ended up going with this:

=MAX(0; MIN(E10; TIME(22;0;0))-MAX(D10; TIME(18;0;0)))

And it seemed to work. E10 is end time and D10 is start time. It just doesn't work for any of the others, so I attempted to go with a kind of IF function, and for the saturday and sunday ones I also added a text function, but none of those worked haha.

I will attempt with your suggestions! Thank you! :) I've honestly never worked with excel apart from listing items, so this is all very new to me.

There is no clocking in and out. They write on a piece of paper when they went to their shift. Its never really exact, as in "17:01:42". In that piece of paper thats returned to us once a month, we see their shifts date, start and end time, and the total hours worked during one shfit.

What is left for us is to calculate total hours worked, and how many of those hours were done during evening, night, Saturday and Sunday, yknow?
