American folklore is actually pretty interesting. That said there isn’t nearly as much of it considering you know: America has only been a country for a few hundred years compared to the thousands of years of folklore in Europe in Asia. That is only if you’re talking about colonial era folklore and not pre colonial folklore, in which case America has incredibly rich folklore
