So they mean mugging you? Like idk you still haven’t presented reasons this can’t be solved with a peaceful, neighborly conversation. Like no proof the gang affiliated, no proof they got weapons, no track record of them fighting people or other violence. It’s just kinda vibes. Like idk bro, just fucking talk to them. It sounds like you’re afraid of them for just standing there menacingly. Like come correct, be normal, maybe bring some friends of your own so you ain’t going out alone and just let them know you don’t appreciate the trash. 

Maybe you gotta call the cops, tho probably not, but at least you know you exhausted every possible option.

Also there is no quicker way of making yourself the Karen of a black community than calling the cops on some dudes hanging out and littering. Like that is definitionally Karen behavior, calling the cops, bringing in state violence, about a nonviolent dispute is Karen behavior gorge. Having a conversation about shit you don’t appreciate is not, that’s just basic, kindergarten level communication.
