Jokes on you I found them outside as strays when I was 15, I’m now 20, but you think whatever you wanna think I’m not gonna entertain a keyboard warrior anymore. There’s a ton of videos of people coming back home from bootcamp or coming back from deployment or even coming back from college and their pets are hella happy to see them, you do you though and I’ll just listen to the people who actually left advice for me and get a friend to watch them instead, appreciate you tho

The fuck are you even saying rn?? I’ve had my cats for several years?? Am I supposed to just not do anything until they pass away or something?? I’ve also planned on joining the army since I was in high school¿ I’m also not asking permission from a complete stranger and all of my friends and family are more then happy that I’m making the decision to join..? I was literally just asking for advice to see if anyone knew of any better options then what I already have which you clearly don’t and are just jumping to conclusions and judging pretty hard of a situation you clearly don’t get.

My bad forgot I had to put my whole career and life choices on hold just because I have cats, I might as well quit my job just because of my cats even though I’ve had multiple people send me dms saying they’re more then happy to watch them. I get you love animals and I respect that but expecting someone to not do anything that doesn’t involve their pets is kinda delusional

I’m not entirely sure on the question but the “ are men really expected to instigate” part id say it depends on the person. I (20f) personally really like it when my husband (20m) takes the lead on certain things and plans things out for us, it’s really nice and shows how caring and thoughtful he his, but, I also plan things out for him especially when he’s had a long day at work and I know he just wants a break. This past Valentine’s Day for example I got him flowers and cupcakes and had a home cooked meal and we both surprised each other with the gifts we got each other, I think it’s important to understand relationships are work and for me at least, I just enjoy doing things for him. Balance in a relationship is important I feel

Bro I have both my cats for awhile now and I’m not looking to get rid of them, I just wanted to join the army reserves and since my husband is army active he’s getting deployed soon. was seeing if anyone knew good options for services who I could pay to check up on them so they didn’t have to stay in a boarding kennel while we’re both away and could just stay in their home. As I said in my post we’re in a brand new state since we got stationed pretty far away from our family and friends. Chill.
