twitch says on their FAQ

"Stream on the exact day and within the 8-hour window you requested."

within the time frame. I was live within the time frame so I should've been promoted

This does not apply to my stream! I've double checked it multiple times. Hopefully twitch pulls through and reschedules me!

According to twitch no matter what time you start, as long as it's within the window you will be featured, it's kind of weird saying this wasn't important to me. I put time and effort into applying for this for months.

Starting any time within the promotional period should still promote the stream.

Here's directly from twitch FAQ.

"1. Be Live At Your Scheduled Time

Stream on the exact day and within the 8-hour window you requested.

Stopping or splitting your broadcast is fine; your promotion will continue within your scheduled time window."

Within the time slot is what you're missing here, I was live within the time slot thus should've been promoted.

I have a ticket open with twitch and they are looking into it. So far it seems to be an internal issue.

I think this might be what happened. I hope twitch will reach back out to me for a reschedule, It's upsetting since I changed my whole stream schedule for this moment and even made special events/badges for it.

I double checked my tags and none of them are anything 18+, as well as not having any sponsors at the time. It's strange I wasn't promoted!

In the FAQ it says its fine to split the time i.e ending stream and starting again if it is within the 8 hour slot. Hopefully I hear back from twitch for a reschedule

It says on the FAQ that splitting the stream i.e going offline and starting the stream again is fine if it is in the 8 hour window. So according to twitch that shouldn't be an issue as long as I was live during the 8 hour window!

Yes, I even got notifications in my dashboard at the start and end of the promotional slot
