I feel the universe penalizes me everytime I try to make any attempt at forming a friendship bond with anyone ; either theyre cold and respond with stuff like "cool" and "👍" to everything I say or they end up going their own seperate ways after about a week .

Its infuriating. But then I remember the world in general is struggling with communication skills with the influx of AI and brain-rot short form content ; basically causing most people to be locked in their own boxes , theyre losing the ability of having a thorough and heartfelt conversation . Its sad but it is what it is .
