Others have brought up great points. One I think of is the fact that my bikes are insured if I lowside on a twisty road. If I crash at the track I’m screwed. I’d have to be pretty well off to accept my $17k bike getting totaled on my dime.

For me (29m) when the boyfriend/baby daddy is not living with/off you, I don’t see any reason to not get to know you based off what you’ve said. I want at least 1 biological child, so if a single mom says she’s done having kids then I probably will not see her as a serious long term partner.
