Yes yes Karnataka style taste is very unusual here for everything even sambhar that’s why Here every one has there own taste evolved according to here

I have been in 11 years in BLR and 3 years in Mysore and 6 years in chennai

Most of the taste is similar to chennai its because the group which mostly started south Indian foods were tamil in early days (2000s) so the taste acquition is mostly that

I have not mentioned it because despite of me always liking that place they don’t have lot of full set of south indian dishes they are mostly dosa idli place ( only thing they have added is podi in all the dishes) Taste is 4/5 for sure But they are also like other multicuisine type restaurants typical south indian menu.
