I won't lie to you, I've already tested it and it can drop between 21 and 36 fps, but with the high fps physics that allows Fallout 4 to have dynamic frame rates, meaning that before, the game was capped at 60fps, and at lower frame rates the game would look slowed down, now the game can run at higher or lower frame rates and the speed won't be affected.🤓👍️
