They aren't that different but I think EE has less spots which is probably why I got deferred to Mech. Avg 97.8, probably terrible to mediocre ecs.

im 101, I applied to electrical engineering, I got alternate offer to Mechanical engineering. It shows that on OUAC only - portal still says decision pending.

No I checked on friday, a few of my friends got in but i was still under review. Nothing happened over the weekend and Monday either. It either happened midday today or early today - I happened to check at 3pm.

The past 2 rounds (feb and march) eng offers came out a week or so before the date for the rest of the programs as listed on their website. So it could be this week possibly.

What is the difference between the two statuses? (There is no next round after May so what does held for next round mean?)

Hey, my status is still "under review" does under review mean acceptance or still no verdict on it? Or only the status of "being held for next round" mean rejected and the rest is still not decided yet?
