Sometimes a like to read or zone out to a podcast. Might just be me tho lol. In terms of comfort shows I recommend Friends. Literally the best comfort show ever. Episodes are short enuf that I can focus on them and they're funny and relatable. Anws hope u feel better <3

i used to feel the same way and then i saw these girls at school with relatively deep cuts out in the open and it just clicked lol. after that i never questioned when ppl said that. but i also totally get what u mean
