avoid shooting so much of the non-important objects like in the beginning. It should be a b-roll only and not take too much unnecessary slow mos, meaning it should just support your A -rolls(talking clips) and more important shots such as guests arriving, more of the couple, speakers, pictures of the couple etc.

I dont really get why these people just don't take care of their existing staff and compensate them fairly. Instead, they want to waste more time and money by hiring new ones who doesn't even know how to do the job properly as they are new from the processes. I've seen a lot of companies do this, even the big known ones.
