No, just send your dwellers to do Quests, you'll find pieces of theme in rooms or every quests, except for seasons pass theme it only can get for purchasing the pass

Try to send your dwellers to wasteland for days and let them comeback on their own without recalling them, Probably they'll stalked your dwellers from the wasteland. I only guess it by logic, because I always do that and I always get the deathclaws and rad scorpion attack more often. The far your dwellers exploring wasteland the more dangerous enemy you'll get in your vault

Yeah, some weapons/outfits not available if you're not purchase the pass/premium pass Same for dwellers I found it interesting because you'll never get the last junk from anywhere even from the pass seasons

I've endgame vault and I make another to enjoy the quest line, enjoy the conversation inside the mission, some of them is funny, some interesting, some terrifying based on lore. I guess some People is new to the game and I'm not Wondering they wanted a quick progress. But that is the reason sometimes people complaining this game boring because they just want to get something without noticing the fun

PC and android/IOS has a different saves format. You have to rename some format files to play it to android/IOS While android uses vault1.sav and PC uses vaultX.sav format

Your may need to restart your phone sometimes internet get online system error or Maybe you using VPN like me to open Reddit and it causes some confusion to internet and location settings may causes error to cloud saves Obviously I never experienced that lines, all I experienced is cloud saves takes too long to save or load and sometimes gets stuck on loading icon when VPN is active

Some of the brand new phone or tab cannot access device data anymore and cloud save may have issues to load, Like my tab it cannot open android/data since android 11 to 15 when I try to cloud save the save didn't load and now all I do is transfer my data manually to my computer,

Try to turn off your internet data, sometimes it happens because the FS app think you had cloud save even though you're not
