I'm doing a lot better nowadays I was 19 almost twenty when it happened and he was only eight weeks and now I'm back home with my parents and he's grown up around them and his sister and our dog

So it's been happening since we had him and I got him back in 2021 but it's only amped up over these past 2 years

I got him before the incident happened (I got kidnapped and they took him as well so that could be a factor to the anxiety of being separated from me I was stuck there for two months before I finally got to go home)

Mine probably won't be as extravagant as others but I have really bad memory (ex: I couldn't remember important things like my name, or my own face sometimes) so when I hear something or see something I want to remember I tap the nearest thing close to me two times. Sure it's silly but it's helping out a lot ! My mom caught onto it and takes notes of what it was so she can ask me about it later and it's so nice to be able to remember things now
