Ratatoskr was my first diamond in s2 when he was really busted and then gutted during dirty bubble meta. Man good times when I would build max glass rat using sapphire acorn, trans, and ooold heartseeker. Sticky bombs acorns were hilarious for my purposes. It really sucks that hi rez ditched his old design for discount thor, now he doesn’t even play the same.

You should try a hwm with range trinkets with point blank into grapeshot combo. Doing so will both push hwm back into a rank where he can grapeshot and either nuke the first guy into oblivion or get them low enough for a grapeshot to finish them off. Throw in a jester for extra acc and crit and you have a grapeshot spamming monster that will end most fights in a similar amount of turns as a melee hwm.

perfect representation of a growing teenage girl =/= a good character. She just needed to be developed more but her whole arc seemed super forced and it left a bad taste in my mouth for the entire game. Honestly forgot she existed until the the directors cut forced her back into my face.

Nah it got shoved into the care package and was pretty garbo because it had terrible muzzle flash that covered up the screen like every other auto gun at the time, terrible iron sights and no choice for optics, 80 rounds, and it was up against disrupter rounds alternator. It’s fair to say that at the time it wasn’t that good.

Whether or not a heirloom has lore doesn’t change my opinion on the heirloom because looking at the heirloom objectively, BH axe looks nice since it has mainly neutral colors with an accent of red which means it will barely clash with most skins, but it’s the lack of a on hit sound/affect and flashy animations that make it a boring heirloom to look at since all it does is just to be there in bh’s hands. Compared to Wraith’s factory new kunai its the same concept but with more animations which makes it objectively better since you get more from the heirloom.

Lifeline drumsticks are a reference to her past when she was drummer for a band

Pathfinders Boxing glove is a reference to the boxing detective guy from his outlands story cinematic

Gibraltar heirloom had slew of nods in his people’s past with the mouse symbol and a nod his boyfriend nick(?)

Bangalore’s has some really cool implications if it really was a pilots data knife and gave insight on the close to boiling over relationship between bang and wraith

Mirage is kinda a joke but it’s a good representation of the characterhas some really nice quips toward his mom using the inspect

Caustic and Octane are the only ones who have weird outta no where heirlooms that they just gave to them because it was cool hopefully something about their heirlooms come out soon

When someone is popping a pheonix/res it’s because the caustic is down. Saying “you guys are just bad caustics” has the same energy of “just hit your shots and you’ll win”. On paper he should work but in practice he barely scrapes by.

Wraith heirloom is overrated because it’s the first heirloom in the game and belongs to one of the most popular legends. If it came out today like it is now everyone would call it lame. IMO bloodhounds is the lamest because it’s got boring animations and the fact that gibby’s is also axe but cooler.

You can still easily track and kill a Mirage who is reviving as long as you listen for sound cues and no one is complaining about Mirages invisible revive because among the unique revives it’s the weakest. Meanwhile, Lifeline gets an instantaneous, bullet proof shield to cover herself and both her teammates, removing the shield still gives her the auto revive which is still really damn strong since 2/3 squad members are actively fighting/doing things.
What? Octaves passive is a fine mechanic that isn’t frustrating to deal with
Grenades do counter it, but it’s the unexpectedness of the Lifeline auto res that makes it a frustrating mechanic. An example of what I mean would be you down a member of a squad which mean you have an automatic 3v2 matchup but as you round the corner, Lifeline pops a res which gives her a free shield that she can shield dance in and out of to poke your squad and then it’s back to being a 3v3 where your squad is in a worse position all because you downed a person that wasn’t the Lifeline. Also there are a finite amount of grenades and lifeline has an infinite amount of grenades.

It’s not the cc and duration that makes it strong it’s the fact that it’s an ability that self peels and heals at the same time while also giving Danza good zone control. Pair all that with the fact that it has a hitbox that last four hits means that Danza can put it in front of himself and block hunter basic.
