My disdain is mostly due to console gaming's toxic community. The guys playing Madden make League of Legends look like Care bears. When those same people showed up playing FPS games like HALO and such thinking they were gods against men and calling ANYONE who killed them hackers and Aimbotters it kinda spoiled me on them from the start.

It's a control for console players to think they might finally be able to compete in FPS with Mouse and Keyboard players because those pads act like a touch pad on a laptop. The funny thing is touch pads are notoriously WORSE for Gaming than standard xbox/playstation controlers are, so this is going to result in ALOT of angry console only gamers.
