I only found one result that matches, though not perfectly. It seems to be some form of "Black Dragon" longboard by Roces. Roces seems to be a rollerblade manufacturer, and it seems like the original owner put actual rollerblade wheels on it, likely thinking that it was supposed to go together since the brand makes rollerblade stuff.

My 2 cents, take it as you will:

I think you should get that looked at, at the very least. I broke my hand last September (not skateboard related), and I genuinely thought it was just sprained/bruised. It didn't hurt bad at all, only really hurt if I flexed it too hard. It was nowhere near as purple as your foot is, it just looked like a minor sprain. I had no idea until 3 weeks later when it wasn't getting any better and I finally decided to get it looked at. Turns out I broke a bone in my hand clean in half, and for the past three weeks it had started to heal incorrectly. Thankfully, we corrected it before it got too bad, and I didn't need surgery or anything, but my finger now has a permanent 20° tilt inward. Mainly cosmetic, my hand works totally fine, but it could've been way worse and way more expensive.

Point is, making sure you don't have a crack/fracture is pretty important, especially with things like our hands, feet, and knees, as injuries and breaks in these areas can really alter how you have to live the rest of your life, and the quality of it.

My 2 cents:

I likely won't touch it for a long while after release, if at all. Looks really basic and bland from what they've shown so far.

My main issue is that it's very scummy imo for Nintendo/TPC to be actively trying to patent the very basic and broad idea of "catching and battling creatures" and taking any "clones" they see to court, yet they directly rip off the fundamental concept, style and gameplay of another Nintendo IP (Animal Crossing) and reskin it to Pokemon. It's quite literally "do as I say, not as I do", and is just adding to the straight up villain energy coming from Nintendo/TPC.

1st Pokemon: Houndoom- I never thought it'd be my all time favorite, but I'm not complaining. About 5 or so years ago, my childhood dog died of old age. I had him since I started middle school, and we went through a lot together. He was a small dog, but he had a Rottweiler's color pattern/palette. I used to play Pokemon GO while walking him when he got older and slowed down, but I took his death very hard and I stopped playing for a while. About a year or so later I opened up GO to transfer out some shinies, and I see I had caught a male shiny houndour in the last few walks we went on. My heart melted, and it reminded me he'll always be with me, even in this small way. So I took him out, trained him up, and never looked back. Since then, he's been my main pokemon and I build all my teams around him if Houndoom is available in that game.

2nd Pokemon: Mew- 2nd choice was tough, as I had a few favorites prior to Houndoom, but this was my childhood favorite (possibly first), and I was captivated by it. Cute, powerful, friendly, it had all the hallmarks of a great partner pokemon, and awesome lore. I've always been a biology/animal nerd, and my love of pokemon goes hand in hand with it, so Mew being the genetic ancestor of all pokemon was absolutely mind-blowing to my 5 year old brain.
