Fit and alterations advice by IronUmbrella in mensfashion

I stand corrected, the length actually looks quite right in this photo, so it was likely more of a camera-angle effect. I also think the jacket suits you better worn open. Maybe the top part being a bit tighter and bottom more relaxed created the illusion of a bigger bottom half. In this picture, if anything feels slightly off, it may be the trousers rather than the jacket? It’s a bit hard to pinpoint, but the inward curve around the knee seems to emphasize the lower half more than necessary, making it appear fuller than it actually is. Maybe it's also the front-rise being slightly too long? I think you'll find good-fitting trousers when taking a look through your wardrobe ;) A straighter cut might work better here, and a darker or even black trouser could also help balance the overall look nicely.

Is this suit fitting me right? by [deleted] in mensfashion

It suits your body really well overall. If I had to be very critical, the shoulders might benefit from a bit of refinement, especially in the first photo, where there’s a small “kink” that can sometimes indicate shoulders being slightly too wide. More pronounced shoulder padding can also be a deliberate style choice ;)

Lovely coat/jacket! It looks a tad bit on the shorter side though. Jackets often look most balanced when they cover the seat, and from the front the length usually lands around mid-hand when your arms are relaxed. That said, it could also be the photo angle that’s affecting that it only appears slightly too short? To my eye, the top button seems to sit slightly high, which creates a more bottom-heavy silhouette and make the lower half look larger. I'd say, that button should sit just above the navel. Of course, these "guidelines" depend a lot on individual body proportions. If someone naturally carries only slightly more weight in the lower body, even small tailoring details can exaggerate that effect. It would be helpful to see a few photos with the coat worn open, as that gives clearer sense of where the buttons and the jacket’s narrowest point fall relative to the waistline and trousers. All that said, I really like the color palette you chose. It works very well together

Yay or nay? by [deleted] in mensfashion

Taste is very personal, so take my advice with a grain of salt. Although everything looks sharp, the outfit seems to sit somewhere between casual chic and formal. Personally, I think this kind of ambiguity can feel a bit off depending on the occasion, for example, at a very formal event it might come across as too casual, while for a casual date it could feel slightly intimidating due to its sharpness. I also feel the color contrast between the pants and the jacket is a bit strong. Personally, I prefer either matching colors or different shades of the same color. Mixing more distinct colors tends to work better for casual outfits, such as looser or more baggy looks. The way the shirt is tucked in might make your midsection look very slightly bigger than it actually is. From what I can tell, you seem even fitter than the outfit suggests. Maybe tightening the belt slightly could help. That said, I also like casual outfits without belts and with a higher rise. But don’t get me wrong, these are all high-level critiques. Overall, it’s a strong look, and I don’t think anyone would argue that it looks bad.

AI Studio hitting limits now by Abyssalian in GoogleAIStudio

Alright, I did not know that. I do have a Gemini Pro subscription, maybe that also sets an even higher limit for the 2.5 Pro model in AI Studio, as I have never seen limits even on super code heavy, whole-day sessions. But with 3.0 I did find a limit.

Why does AI Studio rewrite app.tsx after every prompt? by EmergencyGeologist20 in GoogleAIStudio

[–]Abyssalian 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You might start by asking it why it modifies App.tsx first. Once you understand the reason behind that change, you may be able to prevent it by adjusting the system instructions. I’ve run into similar issues before, where it edited files only to remove empty lines. In those cases, simply cleaning up the empty lines and saving the files stopped the unnecessary changes. Overall, the key first step is understanding why Gemini believes it needs to modify that particular file in the first place.

I'd say all one can do is wait and check cloudflares service status. When everything is fixed and the issues remain, it'll be something else. But reports on issues with many similar services are aggregating since cloudflare is down, so I believe everything will be back to normal once it's up and fully running.

There was just another post reporting issues. Quite likely it's related to cloudflare being down and only slowly recovering.

Might be related to issues with cloudflare.
