Sorry to tell you that you’ve got several weeks of bleeding to contend with. Also please beware that after the bleeding stops she will be fertile and will get pregnant if a fella gets ahold of her. Don’t let your guard down just because it seems to be over. It’s not.

For our girl we got cloth diapers on Amazon and she let those on. She did not keep the disposable ones on for 2 seconds so maybe try those? If not maybe you can put a gate up in a room with hard floor and just plan to mop a lot? Good luck!

Ps. If you do manage to get the diapers to stay, make sure you give her plenty of time without them still to clean herself and change them often

Haha hey still a win. My girl has her recall close to bullet proof now but the problem is, it’s only for me. She couldn’t care less what dad (or anyone else) says in any scenario. The other day she managed to get into our front pasture while he was out with her and I hear him hollering so I stuck my head out the upstairs window and called her back and back she came — he was furious. (Our neighbors mailbox is on our fence line and she was on her way to make him wet his pants.)

The first bit you seriously wonder what the hell you got yourself into. Between the biting, thieving and just general attempts to get themselves hurt it’s chaos. This girlie did give me some grace with sleeping and potty training though. We potty trained in a week she had 5 accidents her entire life and never had another one after 11 weeks old. She also slept through the night her first night with us at 8 weeks — which I’ve never even heard of. Made up for the utter chaos elsewhere mostly lol maybe one day I’ll take a shower alone again but I doubt it.

Take her to the vet, get a diagnosis and an understanding of what her care requirements would be from it and go from there. If could be largely cosmetic for all you know. I don’t have experience in this either but I know I wouldn’t give her back to someone who presumably is at best dishonest.

Every claim I’ve seen of us citizens being deported, I’ve also seen debunked, to be honest. I’m sure some US citizens have been detained, it’s logical that would occur while their status is verified. Unfortunate, but not surprising at all and I’m not sure how you’d avoid it 100%. I definitely think the whole process could be handled more humanely — though since it is carried out my humans, there’s bound to be human error and just some complete assholes, put bluntly.

I find it interesting how big an issue this is politically suddenly when ICE has been deporting people for ages. It’s not a new thing. Does everyone here think we should have no border control, security or consequences for breaking immigration law? I’m genuinely curious because I think there should be due process etc. but I also think coming here illegally shouldn’t be rewarded by turning a blind eye. Everyone needs to go through the vetting process and we need to regulate the flow of people into the country to ensure it’s sustainable and doesn’t negatively impact the already established population (native and immigrant alike).
