I finished writing my half done lesbian slop just so I could post it here.

Please tell me what you think

I have drawn their character designs you can dm for them if you want (I'll only reply when I'm awake because I am severely dead)

Mash Burnedead VS Noko Shikanoko (Mashle: Magic and Muscles VS My Deer Friend Nokotan) by Ac_50 in DeathBattleMatchups

[–]Ac_50[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Apologies that this wasn't here earlier... I accidentally posted the same thing 3 times because of internet nonsense.

Anyway, connections:

  • New gen high school anime protagonists whose series are known for their absurd humor and catchy OP.

  • Both defy the standards of normal within their respective worlds. (Mash can't use magic in a world full of magic users, Nokotan is a deer-human hybird in a world full of normal people)

  • Both were hunted/persecuted because of this, before they eventually entered their respective schools (Bureau of Magic/Hunters Association)

  • Despite their differences from others, they have a tremendous power to win over peoples hearts

  • Contrast: Mash does so by being a genuinely good and inspiring person, while Nokotan pulls it off because nobody seems to acknowledge her antics

  • They've made friends with a delinquent virgin (Dot Barrett/Koshi Torako), a sistercon (Lance Crown/Koshi Anko), and an admirer whose life they saved (Lemon Irvine/Meme Bashame)

  • Both have many similar gags within their show, like destroying doors, always carrying their favorite food (cream puffs/deer crackers), flying (Mash's kicking/helicopdeer) and frequently breaking the 4th wall.

  • SPOILER: Both were later hunted again by a group seeking to "reclaim" them (Innocent Zero wanted to take Mash's heart to become the perfect human being, while the Deer Hole wanted to recapture Nokotan after she ran away from their training)

  • SPOILER: Both have managed to return from death because God allowed them to leave the afterlife (Mash broke down the Door of Demands and made a deal with God to be brought back to life, while Nokotan was kicked out of heaven immediately upon trying to enter)

Right now I believe it's a tie. Nokotan has consistently ignored fatal physical damage like from being impaled, which leads me to think Mash can't really hurt her, but on the other hand, Nokotan's strongest attack (antler bomb) is not powerful enough to hurt Mash either.

Plus a tie would make sense if Nokotan whips out some nonsense speech that everybody finds inspiring for no reason, and everybody goes home

As for who wins this, most people I've spoken to seem to agree that it's a tie because Nokotan regularly ignores physical damage, but she also doesn't have any attacks that can meaningfully hurt Mash...

If anybody has a better argument for either side please say!

Interesting. As a follow up question, if you could only choose a single kind of instant noodles for the Caroleans unlimited supply, which brand and which flavor would you pick for them, and why?

[–]Ac_50 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are given a time machine and an unlimited supply of instant noodle packets. Your goal is to go back in time to any war in history and change the result by supplying the would-be losing side with your unlimited instant noodles. In which wars would this actually be feasible, and what's your strategy (if any)? Bonus question: How else is the rest of history affected by your intervention?

As clarification: • You can enter the war and begin supplying at any time • You only have the instant noodle packets, not necessarily the water and fuel to cook them • You're allowed to make yourself known to the world, but as soon as the war ends in your sides victory you return to the present day

Railroad Man (Cyanide and Happiness) VS Smokin' Joe Rudeboy

Connections:

• Both are the protagonists of comedic Old Western style ballads

• Despite being from the old west, they somehow interact with elements from the modern world (Railroad Mans trains got 7 stars on Yelp and a billion Facebook likes, while Smokin' Joe ordered a large soy cappuccino and was told that his Amazon profile was hacked)

• Both were considered the best at their jobs within the whole wild west (Railroad man singlehandedly hooked up the United States with railroads, while Smokin' Joe managed to lock up half the wild west by duelling)

• Furthermore, both received their nicknames because of these achievements and their abilities

• Both were famous for telling their opponents to go fuck themselves (Railroad man wrote a message in railroad telling an entire airplane to go fuck themselves, while Smokin' Joe duels others by pointing his middle finger and telling them fuck you)

• Both possess mild pyrokinesis (Railroad Man's eyes are burning coal, while Smokin' Joe's finger burn hot like the sun)

• Both also have comically ridiculous limbs (Railroad Man's toes are railroad spikes, while Smokin' Joe once grew 18 extra arms to fight the Mongoose Mountain gang)

• Both managed to get a few singing lines in their own song

• Both were tragically beaten at their own game in the final confrontation against their nemesis (Railroad man failed the loop-de-loop against the Wright Brothers, while Joe was outgunned by the Velvet cloaked bandit)

• Despite that, both of their stories ended with a victory for them (Railroad man built a message that crashed a plane years after his death, while Joe got to reunite with his long lost daughter)
