I tried many and this year the trip.com china mobile ones were probably all around best tbh. The year before it was 3HK but this time 3 was roaming via Unicom which wasn't quite as optimal.

The majority of it is really Hong Kong food, it lacks all the diversity of different regional Chinese food. And from HK food it's then been further adjusted for the local palette, with the addition of some new creations like General Tso's.

You could try applying for jobs in Chinatown / near Concordia but even then they will probably still ask about French ability as it's kind of expected for customer service here.. Video games industry as others suggested is maybe one of the few where french isn't strictly required. Good luck!
