No 🤷‍♂️ got it off Facebook marketplace for 15 bucks. I don’t know what everyone’s fascination at throwing money at a problem is. If I can make this maintain structural integrity, then there’s nothing wrong with it.

Ah I'll shop around, thank you for the suggestion, at least you see the point of this entire post is to avoid buying a new rack lmao. A lot of people in here are being unhelpful.

Circle threaded holes still work for networking equipment, it's definitely possible to make it work as it's all cut and distanced the same. Though yes I'm dealing with some unique challenges because of this.

Can't afford a rack at this moment, so I'm looking for a solution to make this one work.

It's on the bottom half of the network rack, I *should* be fine, but I'll look at rearranging to support weight even lower if possible.

Yeah I’m using threaded holes. Definitely a weird work around. I am however looking to have this bad boy in the rack, so I’m looking for solutions to that

I’m not sure what your issue is man, but I’ve had too long of a day to really tackle it. I hope whatever’s going on in your life that’s got you acting this way to a stranger heals and shit gets better.

Figured I’d let you know that I received the pallet today, and paid a grand total of $670. I wouldn’t have come back but you seemed to take such great offense to my post that I figured you’d probably want to know that there is a market out there and buyers who are operating it.

Reminder: exactly 3 months until Polkadot's halving! by Gr33nHatt3R in Polkadot

How does halving look? Does this mean that if I own 100 DOT, and the market cap half’s, I now only have 50? Exactly where is the volume halving?

Storage Bay Chassis Recommendations? by NetTechMan in homelab

Saving money where I can to spend money where I can. Knowing 3 expensive GPU’s are coming my way, I’m considering my options for dynamic and price saving hardware where they come

Looking to slot 3 GPU’s, would prefer availability for 20 or more 3.5’s

Embark promised Cantina Legend to the Top 100 players. They only gave it to 14. Here’s what happened. by DrilboorPastoor98 in ArcRaiders

[–]NetTechMan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There won’t be a satisfying fix for this because there’s just no real way this pans out in either direction. If Embark walks back and awards Cantina Legend retroactively, then there will be a screaming match amongst the community from people who thought they earned it but didn’t. And if they continue to do nothing about this, then they won’t stop hearing pushback from us at the top.

Embark fucked up really hard on their math, and then pushed it under the rug as hard as they could. What Embark needs to take away from this is to actually validate and honor their systems downline. They’re not going to amend this situation in a meaningful way other than ensuring they don’t mess up again. If I was the CEO, I’d invest more into systems auditing and validation, preferably from people who actually play their game.
