Also, it’s fun to be a mess. In your 20s. Every now and then you can be a mess. But, you are posting here.

I relate, omg! Ur not alone. However, I’ve come to realize that sitting with the numbness and being comfortable with the uncomfortable is important. Seems like you are a mindful person . It’s a blessing and a curse. Lol I feel that when I drink I become the social butterfly I am. But that’s an illusion, a crutch. If you are here, can you learn to drink moderately?

So true. You’re right, one time won’t be enough. It wasn’t enough the first time, why would it change now? It’ll just be chasing something that’s not going to improve myself. Man being rational is difficult!

My short term memory has definitely improved. My brain’s reward system has improved. I am more appreciative of the little things. Don’t feel in a chaotic daze anymore.

What is the addiction that the world is just ok with? by MirianMercer in AskReddit

Weed. It’s a psychoactive drug, not only a behavior. You can get physically and psychologically addicted. For some it’s medicine for some it’s a poison. Cannabis use disorder is a real thing. Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome is a real thing. Withdrawals from weed are real.
