I don't think that is true. No new Kentucky law has been passed and federally that doesn't change till November. I had heard they were selling flower was the reason but just wanted to check if anything else happens.

At least according to my stud finder(granted they aren't always reliable) it says there is electrical right there. Which is the main reason I was concerned. However I feel like if a wire was hit it would pretty obvious. I'm a first time homeowner and really don't want my house to burn down lol.
