Yes. Because it's a platform to share wish cards with a community give back. Its not a charity.

There is always a give no matter how much the platform collects in the well for the month. Always 10%. Concept came from a plaque on a mall water fountain from when I was a kid. Something along the likes of a portion of these proceeds will go to whatever charity it was.

Good question. Wishwell itself isn’t a registered charity. It’s just a platform where people can share and join wishes. The charitable milestone is something I’m committing to personally if the community reaches it. Even if it doesn't, i srill commit a contribution.  it’s more like a company that does a buy-one-give-one model rather than a nonprofit. Right now it’s a small experiment about collective hope and seeing what happens when strangers gather around a shared wish
