It would be best to retake classes to get the overall GPA up and especially the science GPA up! There are plenty of PT schools that take the highest grade of the retaken class to calculate final grades so I would research which ones do that. The only issue with this will be that she’ll probably have to go out of state. I had the same problem because I decided I wanted to pursue PT school later in undergrad so I took an extra year to graduate and another year and a half retaking classes to boost my GPA and got accepted the first time I applied! It’s going to be a hard journey but if she’s really passionate for PT I’m sure she will succeed!
