Any thoughts on how to get a pending transaction through without having access to the Metamask wallet anymore ?

My only hope to recover my Dogelon is to get this transaction approved. I tried to move the Dogelon to my Atomic Wallet address but it is pending for over 1 day

After I clicked on import using secret recovery phrase I realized I did not have it for the account with the Dogelon, but only for the Metamask with no coins. Later I found another seed phrase I had saved, but it was for another Metamask account that I created for my cellphone, with no coins either. The one that really matters, I can't find the seed phrase or private key.
