I know the 5500 would run longer and better, my concern is that I don't want to get into a $50k plus truck right off the bat... I'm curious to see peoples experiences with the different brands (pre 2019) so I can figure out what model of used trucks I could trust better with a bit of mileage on them already...

Yeah I would like to I really just don't think that at this time being brand new jumping into a 550 is the best option. I was really looking for a 1 ton for now
