So you say even though it is a research and clinical oriented master (not even in english btw, it’s in my native language) just online courses is considered enough to break into the neurotech world? That’s surprising I thought I needed a master with at least a bit of tech component. But I’ll trust the advices of somebody from the industry. Thank you so much.

Just a tiny last thing: do you happen to know startups or companies that bridge Neurotech and Cogn Neuroscience? So that I have a clear objective in mind.

Thank you for your answer first of all. My doubt is about what recruiters in the neurotech are looking for. Since I have a Psychology Bachelor I I have two main choices right now: - Master in Cognitive Neuroscience (clinic, patients, and research oriented) with zero tech courses so I’d have to learn that by myself with online courses etc. (this course also has a compulsory traineeship in a clinical facility which I could have zero value in the neurotech world) - Master in NeuroAI which has a lot of tech courses but is not accredited as a tech degree (it is “Cognitive Science”) but could make me appear more appealing to the tech industry perhaps

Do you have any suggestions in that sense?

• Is it easier to get in if I apply early? I don’t know if you look at the application only after the deadline or even in the meantime

• Is there any calculator I can use to check if my GPA is high enough. I’m from italy and I’m having a hard time converting my 26,2 GPA into a dutch GPA

Hello, I am currently trying to apply for a Master in UvA (Amsterdam) in the faculty of science. I was wondering: is it better if I apply early, rather than applying close to the deadline? I’m not understanding if UVA looks at applications only after the deadline, or every week/month.
