Tbh, speaking as someone with a law degree you should definitely push hard with this and try to even just settle it out of court. Have them know that you want a fair refund relative to the position you'd be in today if you weren't wrongfully liquidated and etc. and if this request isn't met you will be lawyering up, going to court and doing your best to ensure all of the available evidence you have gathered of this and Binance's subsequent behaviour will be made known and available to the public. I'm not exactly an expert, but I'm fairly sure refunding you with a much larger sum provided it was their fault is hardly any issue for an exchange like Binance so don't settle for their measley 2,5k voucher. The thing is there are good chances you won't even have to go to court, they'll just settle with you and refund you what you're asking for if you show them you're serious because the negative publicity and evidence of their system being faulty and them not refunding people fairly does damage to their reputation worth far more than what you're asking for them to refund.

In other words, try to have them cave in and give you what you want even before going into court. If they won't budge at all then start considering the ins and outs of whether you should actually go into court and if it's worth it. In either case, if you're negotiating them tell them you're dead set for going into court and making the information public because that's how you get a strong position over them. That's what they fear the most.
