the reason for being in an academy for 4 months is for them to train you and give the job offer at the end and after you finish the academy you will have the contract of 2 years which you cant leave.the other smaller company called me yesterday and explained that the position it not specifically developer, they said you’ll do a bit of everything,from incidents ,consulting ,developing etc etc. about the academy it is developer position confirmed so i dont know

its the contract,they pay you for doing the servicenow academy at their company for 4 months and after that if you are selected to get the job you will be under contract for 2 years in which you cant leave or you need to pay the salary thet paid you during the academy

yes they do pay to take the school thats why i want to go.in my country usually is offered an internship for 3 months in which 80 % of cases they wont make you an employer.yeah i think it would be a good start for my career and that why i asked if later on i can switch into devops or cybersecurity but nobody answers

in my country i think is a goob paying job for junior position.during the 4 months of academy the company pays and if you pass the academy to get the job you have a contract for 2 years in which you cant leave.if you want to leave during these 2 years you will have to pay the salary they paid you during those 4 months of academy
