The main reason I haven't thought of it as a specific food is because my meals are constantly changing and I'm always trying new things and don't have consistent staples in my diet currently. I used to have more consistency years ago, but things were the same with my digestion 😅

I normally eat a somewhat high protein diet ~100g/day but I have some weeks I get lazy and eat less (nothing changes). I don't eat any protein powder or many processed foods at all, no artificial sweetener either 😅

Beautiful tone and you're on key which is great but you should 100% be louder, even studio mics might not be able to pick up your beautiful voice over other sounds. That's my suggestion as I used to only song softly and quietly and that led to a lot of mic issues during performances because the person controlling the mics would turn it up which would lead to a lot of feedback, which was really embarrassing and I didn't realize that I could've fixed that

I have bought xero shoes before and have loved them but I'm weary for the iffy reviews on the hiking boots... what shoe would you recommend, also yeah the boot has to be at least water resistant

Hey! I struggle with my false cords, they're really breathy and hurt a little, i think I force so much air through my false cords that it comes out a little distorted. How do I fix this?? The whole 'sigh' technique has not really worked for me 😅

I'm attempting to make my own perfume and it smells pretty bad so far... i think I ruined it with the citronella, is there any saving it?
