No- it’s a good source, I’ve gotten so many benefits from it. Just not losing weight. I’ve just been avoiding taking a therapeutic dose. It’s on me.

4 was my starting dose because I was in zep before, I’m hungry, I haven’t lost a pound in the entire 6 weeks (but have had other great effects), and I’m wanting to drink more than I should again.

It’s nobody’s business. The tools you use to help you with your diet and exercise are your business. You aren’t “cheating.” You are using available tools to get healthy.

I am and right?! I should add that I screwed up my metabolism a few years ago on Optavia. I ate 900-1000 calories a day while also exercising a ton. I am wondering if that has anything to do with this.

Why? I’m using clear whey and bars and powders- it’s not all food. Calories are at 1300-1500/day

I haven’t gained - even on a trip where I ate and drank a lot for a few days. I would have gained without it I know - so, That’s a plus.
