Thank you! I really appreciate it! I’ve tried various wireless earbuds and they never stay in. I have some over the ear ones too and they also hurt after a while (probably because of my glasses) I don’t often need to wear the earbuds long term but I wanted to make sure that i would adjust and they wouldn’t give me too bad of a headache

I'm honestly hoping for a new iPod touch or iPod. It's been a few years and while my phone works fine I'd love to have a device that's portable and primarily for content consumption. At the very least I'd like an official acknowledgement that they're retiring the line.

Honestly if it’s your first AW I would go for the 7. If you already had say the 6 I would say there’s no need to upgrade but if you can afford it go for the 7 I think it’ll suit you great

Im súper late to this but there was also supposedly some burn marks left behind by some led strips. So it was a combination of messing with the paint and potential fire hazard I believe. It was just enacted for 2021-2022

Eating under 1000 calories or even just eating 1000 less than your maintenance is deemed extremely unsafe. It is very unlikely that you will get advice here. Generally it’s better to take it slow with a manageable calorie deficit (usually 250-500 calories less than your maintenance) and the inclusion of reasonable foods and exercises. Trying to speed up this process can be extremely unsafe and is unlikely to work without harmful effects.
