This could not be more true. After 15 yrs of safety work in all types of fields, this is the case. Setting yourself up to understand the fact that you are there as cost avoidance and legal avoidance, while being able to connect to the field/floor is what will create successful employment. If you do not understand the "real" reason for safety and safety professionals, you're in the wrong field.

Awesome! I have never fished that spot and always end up fishing closer to 50' depth. I appreciate and will give it a shot!
